PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

The deregulation from the Indian Petroleum sector it happened in 1999 brought about an important change in the way in which Petroleum companies conduct their particular business. This kind of sector have been exposed to fresh market makes and competition has grown enormously. With the entry of private players, the customers' demands include increased. The present players have thus arrive to recognize the need to evolve in a quick pace and to be market driven, service powered and most important relationship motivated. Loyalty courses is the new trend which is catching up at a relatively fast pace in India. American indian Oil Firm Limited (IOCL) is running its own devotion based fast card software known as the XTRAPOWER Fleet Cards Program. Introduced in March 2004, this system has surfaced as the biggest and most wide-ranging fleet greeting card program in the region and has crossed the mark of one million clients. In spite of this kind of program's large success and active marketing schemes staying undertaken by IOCL, the present customers aren't using the greeting cards to the full degree. The main goal of my project by IOCL was going to, thus, study the XTRAPOWER Fleet Card Program Proposition and to suggest steps to arrive at enhance greeting card usage. This kind of project report includes the methodology from the research undertaken, findings and solutions to the present problems getting faced simply by customers.
