This country is plagued with sex in the workplace. Media of inappropriate behavior resulting in breeches of trust, including teachers having sex with pupils, military brigade having sex with recruits and criminal proper rights employees having sex with offenders seems to be inside the reports in the news media every day. In recent years, the Department of Public Basic safety has undoubtedly had their particular share of the crisis. Agencies dedicated to administrating justice should not be in the business of dispensing sexual. Even so, the department faces one scandal after one more over staff having lovemaking contact with inmates, offenders and juveniles.
Within my research with this topic, I actually plan to treat the legal ramifications, professional culture and employee consciousness. As an employee with this agency I would like this research to educate additional employees upon what they stand to lose coming from engaging in unnecessary familiarity with a great inmate, offender or teen.
