Now we here all the time the expansion of a organization, the main reason is really because they have the human resources section. HR is the skeleton of a business. That manages the main resource in a company employees. As the Bureau of Labor Stats claims that: " Employment of recruiting managers can be projected to grow to 13 percent from 2012 to 2022, about as soon as the average for all occupations. " (web) Currently the HR is a requirement that delivers value for an organization and not just as a cost. That means that the HR it is going to grow and change continuously to make an organization to accomplish greater revenue and be better with the company's investments.
